1. Definitions

• "Provida" means the trading name of the organisational and informational support service operating from 130 Mittraphap Road, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand.
• "Service" means the educational and organisational session packages offered by Provida, as described on the Provida website.
• "Client" or "you" means any individual who engages with Provida for a session or enquires about its services.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with any session confirmation sent by Provida.
• "Materials" means printed organisers, glossaries, briefing sheets, and session notes produced by Provida.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session or submitting a contact enquiry through our website, you indicate that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law. Provida reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.

3. Service Description

Provida provides educational and organisational support services related to retirement documentation. Our three service packages are described on our website. All sessions are strictly informational and organisational in nature.

Important scope limitation: Provida does not provide financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any form of advice on personal entitlements. Nothing communicated during a session or in any printed material constitutes professional advice. If you require personal advice on any of these matters, you should consult a qualified professional or the relevant official body.

Services are primarily available at our office in Nakhon Ratchasima. Home visits within the Muang district may be available by arrangement, subject to availability and confirmation by Provida in writing.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

• Sessions are confirmed by written or verbal confirmation from Provida following an initial enquiry.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a partial charge, at Provida's discretion.
• If Provida cancels a confirmed session, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
• Sessions that cannot be completed on the day due to the client arriving significantly late may need to be rebooked; this will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of the printed materials described for each service.
• Payment is due at the time of the session or by prior arrangement. We accept cash and bank transfer.
• Prices displayed on our website are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that engagement.
• Refunds will be considered at Provida's discretion in the event of a session not being completed due to circumstances within Provida's control.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for bringing relevant documents to the session. Provida is not responsible for documents left behind at our premises.
• You agree to treat our staff with courtesy during all interactions.
• You agree not to record sessions without the prior written consent of Provida.
• You acknowledge that our service is informational and organisational only, and that any decisions about official processes, entitlements, or financial matters are yours alone to make.

7. Intellectual Property

All Materials produced by Provida, including printed organisers, glossaries, and briefing sheets, are the intellectual property of Provida. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own private purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt our materials for commercial purposes or distribute them to third parties on a commercial basis without our written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Provida treats all personal information and documents shared during sessions as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties except where required by Thai law or a competent authority. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Disclaimers

• Our services are provided as general information and organisational support. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
• Provida does not represent or warrant that information presented in sessions or materials is complete, current, or applicable to your specific circumstances.
• We make no representations about outcomes following a session. Individual results depend entirely on actions you take independently, including with official bodies and professional advisers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Provida's liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

Provida is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including losses arising from reliance on information provided in a session or in our printed materials, or from decisions made in connection with your pension or retirement matters.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Provida harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our materials, or any false information you provide to us.

12. Termination

Either party may end an engagement at any time. If you terminate a session after it has commenced, any fee for the session will be due. If Provida terminates an engagement for reasons beyond our control, we will offer you a rescheduled appointment or refund.

Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination of any agreement between us.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty days, it will be referred to the courts of Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any session confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Provida for the service in question.
• Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other party.
• Notices: Notices to Provida should be sent to [email protected] or delivered in writing to our office address.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance. We will notify clients with confirmed upcoming sessions of any material changes by email.
