About Provida


Provida opened its doors in Nakhon Ratchasima after its founders noticed a recurring situation: people approaching or entering retirement who had accumulated years of correspondence, statements, and documents but had no clear way to make sense of them as a whole. Financial advisers and government offices deal with decisions and entitlements — but nobody seemed to be helping people with the quiet, practical work of organising the paperwork itself.

That is what Provida does. Our team sits with clients, works through what they have, explains what each document is generally for, and helps create a folder or filing system that is straightforward enough for the client — or a family member — to navigate on their own afterwards. We also hold short briefing sessions for people who want to understand how the broader retirement processes and forms work before they contact the relevant official bodies.

We are based at 130 Mittraphap Road in the centre of Nakhon Ratchasima, and we serve people across the Muang district, though clients come to us from further afield too. Our sessions are unhurried and our materials are written in plain English — no assumptions about prior knowledge, no technical vocabulary left unexplained.

Provida is an educational and organisational service. We are not affiliated with the Thai Social Security Office, any pension fund, or any financial services firm. We do not advise on personal entitlements, investments, or legal matters. Where those questions arise, we point clients to the right official channel.

All documents and personal details shared during sessions are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, copy, or retain any client documents beyond the session itself.

Factual Accuracy

Information presented in briefings and printed materials is reviewed regularly against official Thai government sources to ensure it remains current and accurate.

No Pressure Approach

We never recommend additional services or follow-up unless the client asks. Our job is to be helpful in the way you need, not to extend your engagement with us.

Scope Clarity

We are an organisational and informational service only. Before every session, we explain clearly what we can and cannot help with, so there is no misunderstanding.

Data Handling Protocols

Any contact information collected for appointment purposes is held securely and used only for communication about your sessions. We follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act standards.

All printed handouts, organiser labels, and glossaries are reviewed by a plain-language editor before being used with clients, so that they are genuinely easy to read and follow.

Statements from former employers, correspondence about social security contributions, property records, savings account summaries — these documents matter, but they are often scattered across drawers, folders, and old files with no clear structure.

At Provida, we focus specifically on the organisational side of this challenge. We help individuals and households create a clear, labelled system for their important records, and we explain the general purpose of each document type in plain language. This is not financial planning and it is not legal advice — it is the more basic, but often very valuable, work of knowing what you have and where to find it.

Our briefing sessions cover topics such as how the Thai Social Security contribution and withdrawal process generally works, what kinds of documents are typically needed when dealing with official bodies, and how forms are usually structured. We present this information factually and without reference to any individual's personal entitlements or circumstances.

Many of our clients tell us that they felt a genuine sense of calm after their session — not because their situation changed, but because the paperwork that had been looming over them was now sorted, labelled, and in one place. That is a small thing, and we know it. But for a lot of people approaching retirement, it makes a real difference.
