Every Provida service begins with a brief initial conversation — by phone or in person — to understand what you have, what you are hoping to achieve, and which service is the most practical starting point. There is no pressure to choose a service on the spot, and no charge for this initial discussion.
Sessions themselves are unhurried and structured around your documents, not around a fixed script. We adapt to what you bring and how you like to work. Where a question falls outside the scope of our informational service, we say so clearly and point you to an appropriate official resource rather than leaving things vague.
All printed materials are prepared in advance and given to you at the end of the session, so you leave with something tangible and useful regardless of how many questions came up during the visit.
